UniClubs Door Scanning

Scan QR code tickets instantly, even without a network connection. Ask a club admin for a scan link or token to get started.

How it works

  1. Open the scan link provided by the club (looks like scan.uniclubs.ch/<token>).
  2. Download the attendee list while you're online.
  3. Go offline and keep scanning—the app stores everything securely.
  4. Reconnect later to sync results automatically.

Need a scan token?

Event admins can generate access tokens inside the UniClubs control panel under Event → Scan Access.

Tokens are revocable at any time and do not require a UniClubs account.
